Autumn

Autumn

I can't help myself. I just keep painting leaves. Every morning when I walk with the doggo I see so many that I have to pick up to see closer. The way the colors create gradations, it amazes me. I end up with a pile of them in the kitchen, laying them out while I have my coffee. Then the kids come down and breakfast, work and everything and by the time I get back to them, they are crispy and crumbling. The colors have started to fade now, lots of browns and dull yellows. In fact, the tall trees are completely bare. It won't be long before they are a memory under the snow.

Watch a video of how this was created. If you like it, head to Shop to buy a Giclee High-Quality Art Print from Etsy. Enjoy!

This week, for my newsletter recipients, my calendar is bright and energized. Hopefully, this will counteract the sky which is dull and cold.
Let me know if you like the calendar. I have been using it for a while now but I know we all have our special methods of organizing our week, some day by day, others the full month at a time. This one works for me.
